As for pirating, I see your point to some degree, however these games are all over 10yrs old now, the company is out of business, so really I fail to see how "pirating" would hurt 3DO at all, I mean think about it, if I buy it off E-bay or Amazon, etc, how is that making the company any money? The money is going to the user that's selling the product. Heck, if I made a game I'd just be happy people were still willing to play it after 10yrs.
