Well, I mean, not quite; once I finished up Garrote Gorge I trashed Simon in favor of Ithilgore, but other than that... I stuck with ol' Freddy and Devlin and Elsbeth to the end, not out of some notion that they were better than later inn hirelings but because I'd gotten attached to them. I think I even shipped Devlin/Elsbeth, but that's another story...
