And that's true across all Taverns, right? Is anyone else having this problem?...

    I think you might need to give Chrome a little nudge. Open the Chrome controls at the top right, click on 'Settings', choose 'Privacy and security', then 'Clear browsing data'. I suspect you have some empty files cached in your browser data, so check off just 'Cached images and files' and click the 'Clear data' button.
