One specialte de la maison is a recipe for potato salad handed down in a particular family, unlike most any found in any conventional recipe book. It accompanied barbecued baby back ribs a la Walmart Grocery, and fresh corn on the cob. The head chef personally supervised the preparation of the meal, and actually joined the family at the table. The meal was accompanied by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 2020, a very good year for the brew.
