What a waste it is for the programmers to write in all those lovely puzzles and all that scenery, and a player never takes any advantage of it!I had some free time some years ago, so I downloaded a hex editor and started reading the MM6 files. There's all sorts of stuff left in the programs that you never see in the games. There were details on a sword (I can't remember its name now) which never showed up in the game and which I guess the developers had used for test purposes. It looked very tasty, so I programmed it into a game I had running, and had a look it it. I can't recall much about it now, but I do remember being disappointed that it was only a +2 weapon.
I'm doing kind of smalltalk, only it makes slightly more sense than babbling about weather.
