We have completed all first level promotion quests for the each of the five rulers / magistrates. Luftka is dead. All characters are Masters of Diplomacy, level 8. We even have a barrister in the party. However, we still have not gotten the "gained their trust" award for the characters. Any ideas what must be done next? Thanks in advance.
