It was years before it was found that in MM6, the Prince of Thieves goes to ground in the Shadow Guild in the Frozen Highlands if he escapes from your party while you're taking him to Anthony Stone. Talking about untrue rumours, the ones that occupied a lot of players' time were the various suggestions about finding a route to Vori in MM7 - hunting for the White Goblin and heaven only knows what else. evil grin
