I strongly agree. There is a Website about Forgotten Michigan, and it has a section which describes where former businesses were, and what's at that address now. It's definitely interesting to thumb through that on a rainy day, and relive some of my childhood memories of these places, while satisfying my curiosity about what's there now. By the way...around here, a former novelty store is now a salon, which actually moved there from across the street a couple of years ago. |
