I am purposely trying to make this play through harder haha, so I guess in some ways I am trying to limit the use of town portal and lloyd beacon. With these skills, healing becomes unnecessary since you are always just a few clicks away from healing at a temple. There is definitely more skills involved if these skills are taken out of the equation. For perception, I believe the requirement is like rank 8 expert, so with 1-2 NPC, it's doable with expert 4 perception.
