People give it a go & you never blame them for that - if the gameplay could be better, hopefully it gets improved next time. But the whole process of pushing out such a poor game with such major bugs, forcing a client which creates further problems, and the terrible "support" when it did exist, means no more money from me. I'll go without, and not be missing much.

The two major bugs I found were:

* at the end of Act I or start of Act II you need to talk to a particular NPC & travel to a new location to continue the game. The dialogue option to travel can be randomly ghosted out, and nobody knows why, which means that you can progress no further. Never fixed as far as I know. My own experimentation showed that if you were connected via the forced client and "online" (meaning the client recorded your time spent playing, synced your save games, gave you an occasional achivement etc), the dialogue option worked, but if you went offline (which you invariably did due to syncing problems etc with the client) the option was ghosted. Not sure if that is actually the issue & I posted on the forums & never got a response - this was in the first week or so, long before the official withdrawal of any support. Many people experienced this bug & gave up in disgust right there when no solution was ever found

* if you enter the dungeon for one of the late-game mainline quests before you have received the quest, it breaks the chain & the quest can't be completed when you subsequently receive it, which again means you can't progress further. It's quite possible to stumble across this dungeon well before the game has progressed far enough to receive the quest, and because at that point you have no reason to know it's special, there's no reason not to blunder in & ruin your game. Also not fixed as far as I know
