iirc in the Firelord place, go south first (after opening the chest by the firelord and before jumping down the hole). Open the door and you'll find 2 more amber pieces, giving you enough for everyone. After that I usually just do the holes from the main roon in clockwise order starting NE As far as dungeons/overground maps go, in the last game I trained twice. Once from lvl 1 to lvl 15, once from lvl 15 to lvl 45.
