Well, it respawns every 6 months (On the 2nd of April and the 2nd of October for me), which is as fast as anywhere (except the Hive and NWC which respawn every week). Interesting about the inn weirdness though. Never saw that, but I never tried staying at the inn in Paradise Valley (I cleared the titans with meteor showers mostly and I shrapmetalled the dragons, but I do have a full party of course) --Chandor
