That's even higher than Klar's party was when I last heard. That was some years ago, though, I can't remember exactly when. IIRC that party was level between 400-500. The remark was made that if the Fly spell ran out when the party was over water, the characters used to lose hit points like crazy when they "landed" (or should that be "watered"? Tell you what — let's make it "crashed"! ) That fits with what Xanax said.
