| One of our old members (old in the sense of previous, not aged!) had a different technique. Using a pure magic party - SSSD if I remember correctly - in real-time combat with "Shrapmetal" as the quickspell, he made a series of passes through the dragons, strafing them rather like a fighter browning a group of slow-moving bombers, until mana was depleted. He then found a quiet corner to rest and recharge (don't leave the territory, or the dragons heal), and repeated as necessary. |
