I think I've got this right - if your party gets itself a "Notorious" reputation and goes and visit one of the Council members such as Wilbur Humphrey, your characters will get thrown into prison for a game year, by which time certainly New Sorpigal and Dragonsand will have respawned and so will Bootleg Bay, I think. As long as this does not offend your ethics too greatly, the quickest way of becoming Notorious is to nuke New Sorpigal (i.e. use Armageddon on it). If you then get to Notorious again and pay Wilbur another visit, by the time you get out this time, the whole game will have respawned, including all the dungeons. Endless fun . . . You shouldn't need to use Armageddon again, you should be able to find enough bones to get to Notorious without needing to kill any more peasants. If you can't, there's always the Curator in Castle Kriegspire!
