It depends entirely on the circumstances and the opponents. In some cases, Dragonbreath is invaluable. The massed eyes surrounding the underground portions of Darkmoor castle are a perfect target for Dragonbreath, for instance, and so are the massed Energy Drakes generated by using the +20 levels well in Kriegspire. And for killing Titans, Meteor Shower takes a lot of beating. So there you go, it depends entirely on who you are fighting, and where. OK?
