Or is the resistance only for lowering damage? And I think the spell gives you chance 1/2/3 % per skill level at Normal/Expert/Master, doesn't it ... so if having level > 33 the kill should be automatic. P. S. : should you be interested in more exact probability it's nearly (save few tenths) 90 %.
