And what about fame? No matter how hard I try to remember, it seems that I've always ignored those numbers and went just fine. The only visible effect was that some peasants were annoyed when I wanted to talk to them. (If this was the case (and I don't know why I was running around and interrogating peasants anyway), I just chose from menu "Beg", "Bribe X gold" and "Threaten". Sometimes it went good and sometimes they left off.) (But I must admit that I'm ignorant of many aspects of the game. I completed it once, but it was a hasty completion. I haven't been to several dungeons (for example the Temple of the Fist ... I hit a door at some point and just could not force it open ... or the Shadow Guild ... and I haven't gone through the Halls of the Lord of Fire, because I explored a huge bit of dungeon, opened every door I could open and fell into every pit I could fall into, and I found nothing.), I didn't pick up any character which could do magics of Light and Darkness, and I have left some map areas in rather unclear state (for example the Control Center. The robots were so annoying that I left it as soon as I have grabbed a firearm for everyone.))
