If you used the Windows uninstall the problem is the files from the mod are left behind because windows only removes the original files. First backup the savegame file somewhere else (I just copy it and paste it on the desktop), then run the uninstall, then delete the entire folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\3DO\Might and Magicİ VI". Now you should be able to reinstall and run the patches and the mod.
