One method you could do for the golem part is just run in with Fly or Water Walk, grab the chest, and get out of there asap. When I play a CSSS party that is normally what I do. Fly is the easier method but most likely you will need to buy a scroll from the magic shop, or hire a Windmaster NPC.As for leveling normally quests give more experience than killing monsters do. Make sure you do all the quests that you can do at the point of the game your at. One fairly easy quest you can do that's not everyone does is the arcomage quest. You should have access to all the taverns other than the one in Nighon. You can easily run past the Minotaurs and eyes in the Thunderfist Mountain and take the northwest exit. This quest gives a big experience, money, and a treasurer chest of goodies for completing it.
