    You need to talk to the Master Fire Magic teacher in the Tularean Forest and, i think she will gice you the item you need. You must then retrieve an itemfor her from within the cave (Beware! There is more than one dragon in there)

    Sorry for the hazy memory, but I'm nearly 74 years old and my ol' memory is not so good any more.
