This quest is given to you by Maximus after you hvae retrieved the Soul Jars for Sir Canegham in Celeste and he tells you that a truce has beenarranged with the Pit to fight the common enemy. He (Sir C) tells you to find Maximus in the Pit and follow his instructions. You should receive the Blaster skill at that time. The blasters in BDJ's Mod are NOT energy weapons, but rather super bows that fire arrows instead of energy bolts.
