OK. It took many crazy/creative attempts before I thought of this simple move of simply letting the party die (slain by Blood Titans is the quickest way to do it!) and be restored in Harmondale. I had spent all my money on hand already, and that's about the only thing you should consider, before you let the party die.After that, Castle Gloaming was all friendly, and in the throne room Kastore was very eager to throw new quests at me once again (Kill Xenofex quest).
But just to inform you about the chances jail- and traveling solution(s): No. Nobody wants to talk to me/you at this stage, so there are simply noone left to arrest me. I even tried to slaughter both Harmondale and Erathia by Armageddon spells. Did the authorities care at all? No.
Traveling is never more than seven days, and it takes a crapload of apples (food), so I would recommend that. No. Dying is by far the easiest way of 'clearing the air' so to speak.
