The only problem with realism in a game like this is that it turns some classes into gods, and the others into... well, certainly something less than that.I can almost see Druids GM'ing in just Earth and Spirit magics, but not the rest. Even from a realism perspective and not just a balance one, I definitely see fire magic, for example, as primarily a Sorcerer skill.
But yes, I do agree that Stealing is a "broken" skill, though in this case "broken" as in "it doesn't work". I would also lump "ID Monster" in that category, as there is a whole host of useful information that is not revealed by that skill.
