So I know pretty well from the onlooker's viewpoint what you're going through. Dad never had any mercy on himself and always tried to do too much too quickly. That's part of what made him the man he was. I wouldn't have wanted to change him, but I can't help thinking that if he'd taken things a little more easily and not pushed himself so hard, he might have been with us for longer.
So yeah, BDJ, work at it, but don't go overboard about it. We don't want to lose you!
