Does the Ice Blast spell actually work as advertised? 08/26/2008, 02:39:11

BTB writes: It never seems like it does that much damage when I use it... I know that Psychic Shock was bugged into doing less damage than reported before Mok fixed it. Is there a similar problem with Ice Blast, or do I just fail?
