Haste not working 08/23/2008, 09:31:44

Ecoris writes: In my game the haste spell no longer works. If I cast it, nothing happens and if I cast Hour of Power my party is not hasted. They are not weak. Has anyone had this happen before? Also, what do the Modder's Precious do? (if they do anything at all)
