You get the Crusader map from a guy in Deyja--middle of the map near the coastline.This is the first time I've played the mod, and I have a terrible memory, but I *think* the festival ends when you complete the Courier Guild quests (given by the lady in Erathia). After that you can start the Wizard quest and the other delayed promotions.
The Wizard quest is the same as in the original game. See the man in the School of Sorcery in Bracada, collect the golem parts (although one is in a different location) and then see the man again.
If I'm remembering any of this wrong, I'm sure the wiser heads here will correct me.
