The "normal" trip to Arena is: on Sunday to Arena, return on Monday. Now, you have to wait 6 days for next coach to Arena. These 6 days are lost for you, you can cleanse Harmondale area but you cannot do much more. All travels somewhere are longer than 6 days. Well, you can come later and continue some later Sunday but time is running and your 4 months of "free period" is shortening.
The "quick" trip to Arena is: on Sunday to Arena, return on Saturday. Take a rest in the inn and you can continue with next Arena fight.
