Zedd writes: you picked up along with the Plate armor - Guantlets, belt, cloak, and helm - IS the Panoply. As Edelward said, put all those five items in one characters's inventory (Usually character 1), make sure he is the highlighted one and talk to the angel in the castle.

Ah, like that. Just as you needed all six scrolls for the crusader quest. Had I known what panoply meant I would probably have guessed that.
