In MM6 you can swap them as vmxa says, and in MM8 you can swap the four hirelings around by dismissing them to the Adventurer's Guild and hiring them again in a different order. But the order you initially set up in MM7 cannot easily be changed. You might be able to do it by really basic editing of the savegame file, but that's more trouble than most people would go to. |
