Up until pressing the OK button, everything the game has done has been either plain 2D graphics or a Bink or Smacker video. Your graphics system is having problems rendering the 3D.If you've had the game running on your current hardware configuration before then you'll need to uninstall everything and re-install (and it's highly recommended that you install in the exact same location), checking to see at which step the game stops playing.
If you haven't had the game running on your current hardware configuration then the problem is in your graphics system. It might require a different set of drivers or it might be that DirectX needs nudge -- or it might be something else. Let us know which path we need to explore.
