- no mr. Malwick on EI, but you still can steal Malwick's wand of fireballs from "peasant with Malwick's wand" at the same place, where Malwick were. It isn't easy and cost you some reputation, but is doable. Probably, not a bug but just one extraordinary rich peasant amongst other NPC's....
