Logically only Rogues, since there's no gadgeteers, can be GM Repair, since their profession needs masterly fabricated forgeries. How Cleric could master it is total mystery-,probably,while sitting in the night shifts in the hospitals, clerics learn themselves gold-smithing ?
Knight also not GM Repair since they don't know nothing about magical trinkets and can only repair armour with help of their squires. Paladins were elite warriors guardians of Emperors like Roland-Charlemagne thing, best amongst the knights, and they as any good soldier could get some field medical skills, expert at very best, but lacking Mastery in Armsmaster and Chain and GM plate makes them slow.
Monks since they are clearly Oriental inspired unarmed is kung-fu ,:they trained archery as a method to learn meditation in action in Shaolin so eventually monks are Masters archers at least... not those terrible Normal only...
But all this talk is useless without establishing the fair skill-distribution system's principles. For without such principles private opinions would clash without anyone having right to impose his will on other player
