Perception is below Stone City at the first landing where there is a small group of trogs. Learning is in the Dwarf Mines in Bracada (in the middle of a large pool of water).It is possible that it is meditation as both of my spell casters (Warrior Mage and Crusader) both have expert Meditation (4 skill points) so I would not be able to tell if there was a change. If it is meditation, it is at expert level with 4 skill points since that is what both of my spell casters had before I used it and it didn't change.
Current party is Knight, Crusader, Warrior Mage, Knight and I'm just getting ready to go back to the Downs and do the haunted house to get my Knights promoted. So far, 11 months (game time) into the game and the War is about to end.
