GrandMaster Axe Skill???

    For example an enemy has 200 Armor class and one hit 200/2=100
    Now the enemy has 100 armor class now?

    Or easier hit to target. So enemy has 200 armor and you hit to enemy as 100 armor class.

    I couldn't understand this skill
