Disarm +22? 09/27/2007, 12:31:55

I just started a new game using mok's patch, and i got a cloak with disarm trap +22 from the emerald island dragon, but it doesn't seem to do anything at all (my skill in disarm trap is 1). Does anyone have any idea why? what are the limits for bonuses to skills/attributes/armor class/HP/SP ? Thanks
