Recovery time in might magic VII

    These numbers are affected by lots of things.
    For example, recovery time is reduced by weapons skills, arms master skill, character speed, haste spell, weapon enchantments...
    Recovery time is increased by wearing armor and carrying shields...

    So, I have some questions.

    1. Are there any sources where I can see exact numbers of recovery times? For example, if I have a sword base recovery time 90, how it will be affected by wearing plate armor? Will this penalty be compensated if I raise character speed from 7 to 50? Etc

    2. Did I forget something in recovery time reduced/increased lists?
