Four files comprise this rendition of the Miles Sound System....

    You'll see them if you sort your MM7 folder by name. They are:

    MSS32.DLL
    MSSA3D.M3D
    MSSDS3DH.M3D
    MSSEAX.M3D

    The ones that came with the game are dated 5/18/1999. You'll find a set dated 11/1/1998 with MM8. MM6 did not support 3D sound so it only has a 3/26/1998 version of MSS.DLL.

    The Miles Sound System was more complicated by the time MM9 came out. Mok included the most recent MSS files of the correct rendition in his patches, so if these aren't working for you then perhaps you need older ones.
