    That'll give you a standard mix of goblins, hobgoblins and goblin lords. I don't know how you'd change it to just hobgoblins. (I tried changing the next field, "difficulty," to two and to three, with no notable results (though I only tested each once, and didn't examine the monsters' stats).)
