About broken special race artefacts

    After we won Arcomage tournament my elf archer got an Elf Chain Mail of Recovery.
    And any time it got broken, I mended it just by right clicking onto it (no repair skill available).
    Is it a special feature about that Elf Chain?
    Or are all 'race' artefacts designed like that?
