Pay a visit to the castle of Gryphonhearts in Erathia, before entering cast Invisibility(Knights won´t attack you), then search forbidden parts of the castle, paintings are on the walls. To get to first: go up to the stairs,turn right, go past guards,go to the end of the way,turn left and go to the end again. Archibald Ironfist gives you a smile from the wall opposite you  . Painting of Roland is a bit difficult to find,he is hanging here: climb the stairs again, turn left this time,go past guards,take first door right and there search,there are 2 more rooms,in the far one is the desired painting.
