*Of course* you have enough memory. The program is asking the OS how much RAM there is but is only evaluating the numerical part of the answer. IOW, the install program thinks you only have 2 Mb of RAM. This is not the problem.(If you really think this is the problem, then reduce your RAM to under 1 Gb. You won't get the RAM message but the game still won't run.)
So, tell us *exactly* what happens if you finish the installation and try to run the game. The game can fail in many ways, but the details of where and how it fails in the process can give us crucial clues as to what's going wrong.
