I haven't found anything that protects against those attacks, and, like you, I don't have access to a cleric (this time around, anyhow).
The strategy I use most often to deal with blood titans is to:1. Equip your party with at least one (preferably two) party-members who can fly.
2. Likewise with meteor shower.
3. Cast fly, featherfall, then invisibility, approach group of titans so they are within range for meteor shower to work, but not TOO close.
4. Hit turn-by-turn combat and blast the titans over and over with meteor shower. The advantage with using turn-by-turn here is that you can see the titans' attacks coming and descend or ascend before you are hit (also, eradicating a group of titans in one hit also has its advantages). It's slow, and it's not foolproof by any means, but it's the best way to escape a party full of dust.
The disadvantages are, of course, that you run out of mana fairly quickly and if you don't have featherfall on (and your wind master dies), you'll fall to your doom. Mana issues can be solved by setting your LB wisely.
