If uninstalling and reinstalling is too much of a pain, and if you're comfortable using the registry editor, you can directly edit the keyboard configuration that way. I suppose you could even look for anything out of the ordinary in the registry. In any case, this might be a way to change your settings back without uninstalling. Look here in your registry:
