This also happens periodically in Erathia. In fact, sometimes if one arrives via a beacon or other route, one can watch as things come bouncing down the southern slope into the town. I have no idea what triggers this stuff since it seems not to correlate to a given time or event, but maybe I'm wrong. I was wrong on two other occasions, though I refuse to discuss such indignities.Once, I came out of the Agraynel Residence and that was the first time I saw blue dots skipping about as they bounced down from the hills. Maybe Gayle had a catapult on her roof or something. Humorously, there was a pile of gold that came bouncing down, too. Imagine that. A pile of gold that bounces without scattering about. Wow.
(For a similar phenomenon, stay at the Tatalian Inn often. Sometimes upon waking, the residents can be seen to "fall" out of the sky. It's creepy, but you'll like it, you sicko!)
