Ok, that's the banner to the left of the throne room, right?

    The other banner OTOH does not appear until you have choosen light or dark path. It is always blue with the alchemists symbols if you pick the light path. However if you choose the dark path it is at first red with the necromancer symbols and then changes to the blue alchemist banner. I regard this as a very serious bug.

    Did I get it right this thime?
