It would be more helpful to the people who answer this question if you specify what error you get- i.e. A box comes up talking about a missing or damaged file or the computer explodes. If it's the error report system that comes up, you should download these programs by the almighty programming priest Mok and run them;

In fact, you should download them anyway, because of the bugs and features they enable (unless you want to hold the run button down eternally in MM6!).
