It's good, but it could be better.

IMO - archers are a waste of space. They don't have enough spell points to be interesting spellcasters, and they are not very good fighters. If you need some disarm skill, a thief is a much better choice, and even monks are more fun than archers. If you don't insist on having disarm bring another sourcerer. TSCD and SSCD are both fun combinations.

I like druids. Their first advantage is obvious early in the game if you want to fight medusas before anybody can cast prot from magic at M level. Then you make your druid E in mind and earth, give her the cloak of the sheep and she'll heal her paralyzed and stoned friends. The real advantage of alchemy are all those "striped" and white potions. Water breathing potions are often better than the water walking spell, for some reason whoever cast the spell is the first guy to become unconsious and the whole party drowns. And it is wonderful how many titans a GM meditation druid can bring down with fireballs (indoors) or meteor shower (outdoors).
