MM9 served as my reintroduction to the series. I got ahold of the Might & Magic Millenium edition, containing MM4-7, quite a few years ago. I played 6, and unfortunately left it there. I should've explored them all when I had the chance, 4&5 won't work on my XP machine. (I have heard of DosBox but my BF told me that I shouldn't download something that might screw up my PC, in his words, "just for some game".) Years after I played 6 thru, I saw MM9 in a store somewhere for $20 and bought it, and once I finally played it I enjoyed it to the point that I wanted to go back and play 6 again. This led to me doing a couple runthrus of 7 followed by tracking down a copy of 8, which I am now playing and enjoying. So some good things have come out of #9.
